Description:


In52Sn48, the eutectic temperature is 118 ℃. The eutectic solder In52Sn48 has a low melting point and low tensile strength. Its tensile strength is much lower than that of Sn63Pb37 and slightly higher than that of pure Sn. Like Bi, In can reduce the surface energy and has good wettability to Cu. In the low melting point alloy series, because of its low melting point, good fatigue resistance and ductility, good electrical conductivity, good reliability, especially good wettability to non-metals such as glass and ceramics, it has become the main component of microelectronics assembly. One of the special solders.

In52Sn48 solder is generally used under low temperature and low strength conditions, and is often used for glass-glass, glass-metal welding in electronics, low temperature physics and vacuum systems.
