Description:



Pb75In25 belongs to the series of indium-lead alloy solders with a melting point of 240/260°C. The different components of the indium-lead alloy series solder have a certain temperature difference, which is suitable for step-by-step soldering and can provide a solution with a melting point of 174~310 °C. Both In and Pb are elements that can reduce the surface energy. Pb75In25 solder can wet the interface of copper and gold, and has good compatibility. Indium-lead solder also has good thermal fatigue resistance, good wettability to the gold layer, and no gold and silver corrosion phenomenon of tin-based solder, which is very suitable for gold-plated interfaces. In addition, its good plasticity can play a good buffering effect on the welding of materials with different thermal expansion coefficients.
