Description:


Sn-Ag-Cu(SAC) is the most widely used lead-free solder alloy system for electronic brazing. For example, the melting points of SAC105, SAC305, SAC387 and SAC405 are all around 217°C. Among these solders, SAC305 is a typical representative, and its silver content is higher than that of SAC105, so its soldering strength, wettability, thermal fatigue and other properties are better than SAC105. Compared with SAC387 with higher silver content, the price is cheaper.

SAC305 (Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5) solder has higher hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, shear strength, impact strength and creep strength than eutectic Sn63Pb37, and its wetting properties are also better than Sn-Cu and Sn- Ag solder. Typically used for reflow soldering, tinning and hand soldering.
